Contract Drying

For contract/toll drying requirements we operate a rotary gas fired dryer alongside a twin deck Locker screen to enable accurate sizing of your product once dry.  We can also alter the temperature of the process, feed rate of the product or rotation speed of the drum to accommodate many different requirements.

We have many years of experience in processing a variety of wet/damp materials with both high and low moisture contents, including the following:

• Sand
• Aggregates
• Bentonite
• Barytes
• Dolomite
• Gypsum
• Fine minerals
• Other granular products

Our system is capable of drying approx 20 tonnes per hour depending on the product characteristics and moisture content, and as a result we can process batch sizes from 5 tonnes to thousands of tonnes.

We also offer many mixing and packaging solutions, therefore are able to offer a full package from raw materials to finished product.
